Just a tweak of something I've played in different Pauper formats.

Rnd 1 vs RDW.
G1 I mulliganed several trillion time and lost.
G2 I got some support from Lifestaff. Not that I gained much life from it, but my opp had to throw lots of instant burn at my dudes when I tried to equip them. That kept burn from my head. My opp ran into some tough draws later in the game, and Jund came back to win.
G3 I was in burn range for several late game turn but my opp didn't find the burn spell to end it in time.
I think I got pretty lucky!

Rnd 2 vs MBC
G1 saw me draw all the right stuff at the right time. My incremental advantages were able to overcome all the life gain MBC had.
G2 I didnt side anything (if I recall correctly) cuz everything went well in G1. The recover spell bringing his dudes back hurt me bad in this game, giving him more incremental advantages than I came up with.
G3 I side in Spellbombs for Blightnings to erase his recover crap. Sadly, he plays the recover thing about 5 times to my one Spellbomb. I was nearly two minutes behind him with just 4 minutes on the clock when we were in a tough stand off, so I scooped. Had been a few turns earlier whe Terminate was game for me, but it didn't happen, just the opposite of last match when burn would have given me a loss.

Rnd 3 vs Bant Ally
I've played Bant Ally myself before, so I know it can have game. Not sure of the build here, but I really think I G1 was just one good draw for my opponent away from being a tough game. As it was, he drew a land when almost anything else would have helped, and I won.
G2, I think my opp has lost his heart with his deck, and my aggro draw does him in.

Makes me wanna play Bant Ally next time. Look me up.
