| This is fairly comparable to the 3rd place deck from the MTGO Modern Premier - 6737430 - 2/16/14 by Mellofello and as featured at tcgplayer.com
My maindeck runs fewer lands all together in favor of Abundant Growth which will add to Ethereal Armor and also limit flooding. I can't afford the Horizon Canopy, Misty Rainforest, Verdant Catacombs the Mellofello ran so I replace those with forests and a full playset of Wood Bastion. I also make changes to the sideboard, I removed 2 Dismember and 1 Leyline of Sanctity to run 3 Leyline of Singularity. It maybe the case that 2 Path to Exile is not enough creature removal and it is a mistake to remove the Dismember. However with Splinter Twin as a viable deck I run 3 Singularity to shut down Pestermite proliferation. |
